I went to the chiropractor today cause i have alot of tension in my back and what not but today i always had very stiff ankles, in sure due to taking up running again and also starting ballet. So he did some adjustments and i asked him what he would do. I have to train today. He said that as long as i have good shoes (which i do) that i should still run but to keep it short. I was happy about that cause i didnt want to just skip it all together but i didnt want to go full out and make my ankles tight again. I think ill take it easy today and then thursday it will be back to my normal schedule! Well, i made an educated decision not to run today and to just pick it up tomorrow. :)
